As a true middleware solution BCT has been designed for two way communication with many different sources of data.

To remove the necessity for any re-keying, BCT will receive a feed from your
existing Trust Package and rebuild all client data within its own database.
This would typically include client details, Nominal and bank accounts and KYC
information (if available).

BCT will then receive multi client transaction exports from any of the
major banks. Closing bank balances are audit checked against bank
records.

Payment instructions are sent to online banking systems.

Clients can take advantage of permanent digital bank statements which can even be emailed as encrypted PDF’s.

Finally, book-kept transactions are sent back to your Trust package.
